Setup & Installation
Follow these steps to activate Up2pay e-Transactions in your Odoo instance.
Installation
Section titled “Installation”- Copy the
payment_up2pay_etransactionsfolder to your Odoo addons path. - Restart your Odoo server.
- Navigate to Apps, search for Up2pay, and click Install.
Configuration
Section titled “Configuration”1. Activate the Provider
Section titled “1. Activate the Provider”- Go to Invoicing → Configuration → Payment Providers.
- Locate Up2Pay and click on it to open the settings.
- Click the Publish button at the top of the form to make it visible to customers.
2. Enter Merchant Credentials
Section titled “2. Enter Merchant Credentials”In the Credentials tab, you must enter the details provided by your Crédit Agricole account manager:
- Site Number: Your 7-digit merchant site ID.
- Rank Number: Your 2 or 3-digit rank number.
- Internal ID: Your merchant identifier (Identifiant).
- Authentication Key: The long secret key used to sign transactions.
3. Choose Payment Page Type
Section titled “3. Choose Payment Page Type”In the Configuration tab, you can choose the Page de paiement:
- Responsive: Recommended for most users. Adapts automatically to mobile and desktop.
- Direct: Standard layout for classic checkouts.
4. Set Environment
Section titled “4. Set Environment”- Use Test Mode during your initial setup (see the Test Mode Guide).
- Switch to Enabled only when you are ready to process real money.
Technical Requirements
Section titled “Technical Requirements”- Your Odoo server must be reachable from the internet via HTTPS.
- Up2pay needs to send a “Server-to-Server” callback (webhook) to Odoo to confirm the payment.
- If your server is behind a firewall, ensure that Crédit Agricole’s IP addresses are whitelisted.
